Essential oils are very flammable and you should use caution. However they are flammable around an open flame, not necessarily merely a heat source (this is why use in humidifiers etc is ok). Also you are discussing 1-2 drops of your oil diluted in several cups of vinegar so the concentration is very low. Also the vinegar is not flammable and when mixed with the oil dilutes the flammability considerably. Don't take my word for it though!
